Clinical Receptionist / Administrator

Join our Clinical Services team and help us deliver exceptional support to the people we serve.

We are looking for a professional, organised and friendly Clinic Receptionist/Administrator to provide high‑quality administrative and reception support to our consultants, doctors, dentists, nurses and wider clinical team.

 

What you’ll do

  • Provide day‑to‑day reception and administrative support
  • Manage appointments and maintain accurate clinical records
  • Produce letters, reports and other documentation (audio & copy typing)
  • Handle incoming calls and enquiries professionally
  • Liaise with clinical staff to coordinate reviews and appointments
  • Support general office tasks including filing, photocopying and record retrieval

 

What we’re looking for

  • Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills, including EMIS and Microsoft Office
  • Experience working with people with learning disabilities (essential)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A candidate who is detail oriented, ensuring all tasks are reviewed to ensure accuracy
  • Strong problem solving abilities 
  • A positive, caring and professional approach
  • Knowledge of medical terminology (desirable)
