Clinical Secretary/Receptionist/Administrator
22 hours per week (part-time)
Salary £21,508.00 pro rata
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide Clinical Secretary/Receptionist/Administrational support in the clinic administrative team.
The successful candidate will:
- Undertake general secretarial duties
- Carryout reception duties, including answering telephones, maintaining appointment calendars, records and spreadsheets, and archiving
- Take a role in some health and safety duties.
- Provide administrative support, such as arranging meetings and minute taking
- Support reasonable adjustments for the individual’s attending clinic
- Obtain and report on feedback from individual’s attending clinic
The successful candidate will be warm and friendly with excellent interpersonal skills; they will be flexible and committed to working as part of a team and have excellent planning and organisational skills.
Experience in Microsoft Office is essential. A willingness to learn how to use medical and care record system within the role is essential . Experience working with people with learning disabilities is desirable.
