Location: David Lewis | Contract: Full-time 37.5 hours per week (1 x permanent 1 x FTC 12 months) | Salary: £32k per annum | Closing Date: 30th January 2026

We’re looking for a dynamic, CIPD-qualified HR professional, with lots of drive for employee relations, who’s passionate about delivering high-quality, customer-focused HR support. You’ll work closely with managers and employees, providing expert advice on employee relations, wellbeing, and performance, while contributing to our People & Culture Strategy.
What you’ll do:
- Advise on HR policies, employee relations, and wellbeing
- Support and coach managers through complex HR issues
- Deliver engaging training sessions and contribute to HR projects
- Help shape and improve our HR systems and practices
What you’ll bring:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification and active membership
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
