Night Receptionist
35 hours per week over 7 days
Basic salary £18,539 per annum (0.933 of £19,870 FTE) plus 33% enhancements for nights
We are looking to recruit a Night Receptionist to join our existing Reception Team to work in our Main Administration Building.
You will be required to work 9:00pm – 7:00am on a 4 shift basis including some bank holidays.
The role will involve:
- Evening lock up and securing buildings and gates across site
- Monitoring CCTV system (including main drive and barrier).
- Site patrols
- Escalating security and emergency incidents where necessary
- Meet & greet emergency services and direct to incident & handover information files & offer assistance if required.
- Monitoring fire & intruder alarms and generator panel and responding where necessary
- Recording events/actions/incidents in log book
- Any other ad-hoc tasks.
The successful candidate will be warm and friendly with excellent communication skills; they will be flexible and committed to working as part of a team. Experience of Microsoft Office is desirable as is previous experience of working in a reception / administrative and/or security role front of house.
