Recruitment Administrator
Location: Cheshire, SK9
37.5 hours per week (full-time)
Salary: £24,868 per annum
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of the Recruitment and wider People team to support recruitment activity for the organisation ensuring Care employees are recruited and on-boarded into the Charity in an efficient, timely and compliant manner. This role may well suit a motivated individual who is looking to make their first step in a career in Human Resources.
Working within a competitive, fast paced, high volume recruitment environment you will provide support for the Recruitment Lead and administration of safer recruitment checks, contracts and on boarding. All with the aim to significantly increase the number and turnaround time of new starters in Care month-on-month.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:-
- A customer friendly focus
- A successful track record in high volume recruitment campaigns.
- A Knowledge of safer recruitment processes and checks.
- Previous administrative experience in a fast paced office environment
- A knowledge of how to best use marketing, communications and social media to support high volume recruitment
- A knowledge of and insight into the care sector would also be useful but not essential.
- Proficient in the use of ICT including Microsoft Office packages.
