The Role
This is a true 360° Talent Acquisition role where you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse range of operational, specialist and professional vacancies.
Working closely with our Head of Recruitment, you'll be trusted to:
* Partner with hiring managers to deliver recruitment solutions
* Write compelling adverts and attraction campaigns
* Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, social media and direct approaches
* Build sustainable talent pipelines
* Deliver outstanding candidate experiences
* Influence recruitment decisions and challenge when needed
* Use recruitment data and market insight to improve outcomes
* Support recruitment projects and employer branding initiatives
* Help reduce agency reliance by strengthening direct recruitment capability
This is far more than vacancy management. You'll become a trusted recruitment partner with the opportunity to shape how we attract talent in the future.
Who We're Looking For
You'll likely come from:
- A recruitment agency environment
- An internal Talent Acquisition team
- A high-volume recruitment setting
- A fast-paced in-house recruitment function
Most importantly, you'll be someone who:
* Loves recruitment
* Knows how to source great talent
* Enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships
* Can manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
* Thrives on solving recruitment challenges
* Brings energy, resilience and commercial awareness
* Wants to make a genuine difference through their work
Experience within healthcare, social care, education or charity sectors would be advantageous, but it's not essential.
