Full-Time (37.5 hours) and Part-Time Opportunities Available

Salary: £26,347.40 - £27,718.83 per annum (depending on qualifications)

Plus enhanced pay for weekends, overtime and Bank Holidays

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Night Support Workers to join our residential services at our main site in Warford. Whether you're experienced in care or looking for a new career path, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

As a Night Support Worker, you'll help ensure the safety, comfort and wellbeing of the people we support throughout the night by:

  • Providing high-quality, person-centred care and support
  • Supporting with personal care and bedtime routines where required
  • Carrying out regular wellbeing and safety checks
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in health or behaviour
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Promoting independence, dignity and choice
  • Creating a safe, calm and supportive environment
  • Working closely with colleagues and healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding care

Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided.
