Brilliant Pay & Perks
- Salary: £24,860.25 – £26,622.00 (based on experience & qualifications)
- Weekend Pay: 1.3x your basic rate
- Bank Holidays: Up to 3x pay

- Providing person-centred care to adults with complex needs
- Supporting daily routines, life skills, and fun activities
- Promoting independence and dignity
- Managing behaviours with empathy and confidence
- Working closely with a brilliant, multidisciplinary team
