What You’ll Be Doing:
As a SEND Tutor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging and inclusive education, with a particular focus on literacy and numeracy leadership. Your key responsibilities will include:
Designing and delivering high-quality, tailored lessons for SEND learners.
Leading on literacy and numeracy initiatives, ensuring students develop essential skills for life.
Creating an inspiring, accessible, and nurturing learning environment.
Using innovative teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
Assessing progress and adapting teaching methods to support individual development.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance student outcomes.
Supporting personal growth, confidence, and independence in learners.
