School & College Administrator Part time

Location: Cheshire, SK9

Salary –

4 days a week part time, must be available to work Monday & Friday (30 Hours)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time School & College Administrator to work within our growing school & college provision. The expectation is that the 4 days will be equal over the school and college but flexibility in this is expected.

Main Responsibilities

To provide administration support to the school & college leadership and management team.

Arranging yearly EHCP reviews and providing administrative support in review meetings.

Support the administrative process for admissions and transitions for the college

To organise the production of key School & College documents and reports

To work with leaders managers and wider education team to further develop and extend scope of MIS

To maintain data on staff development and training and to maintain other tracking records as required.

To assist with and take responsibility for the organisation of School & College events.

To assist with organise, facilitate and document meetings for College Governors, including typing and distributing documents for the meetings e.g. agendas, information packs and minutes.

To produce/disseminatethe David Lewis Centre College newsletter at the end of each term.

To promote and support awareness of cultural diversity.  To ensure that bullying, harassment and intimidation are not tolerated.

To be aware of issues relating to POVA and safeguarding of young people and to report any untoward incidents immediately to the appropriate person.

To develop an awareness of all issues around the protection of Service Users and to report all concerns in accordance with centre policies.

To ensure that all health and safety responsibilities are discharged to protect the health and safety of self, employees and comply with best practice and legal requirements.
