Student Support Co-ordinator - SCHOOL
Location: Cheshire, SK9
Salary – Up to £38,485.95 per annum (dependent on knowledge, skills and experience)
Full time 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday

We have an exciting opportunity for a Student Support Co-ordinator to work within our growing secondary school. In the role you will oversee the students’ learner journey and to ensure that learners have an excellent learning experience. This will include support for the admission of new students into the School, their learning experience, and the transition of leavers out of School.
You will also oversee the development and smooth running of all systems and procedures within the school/college, covering finance, personnel, student matters and general administration.
In addition, where required, you will have the opportunity to teach.
The successful applicant will ideally, have management experience. Hold a teaching qualification (QTS or QTLS) and experience of delivering the national curriculum in a primary or secondary education setting. Have experience of working in the SEN education sector and demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of working with people with a learning disability. Knowledge of the support needs including managing behaviour and assessment and audit processes in the education sector would also be desirable.
