Location: Warford
Salary: £24,860.25 - £26.622.00
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours) or part-time options available
Reporting to: Activity Leaders

What You’ll Be Doing:

  •  Lead engaging activities – from arts & crafts to life skills and community outings
  • Empower independence – support daily living skills, personal care, and choice-making
  • Encourage social connections – help individuals build confidence and friendships
  • Promote inclusion – ensure everyone gets involved in ways that suit their abilities
  • Be a friendly face – providing warmth, encouragement, and a can-do attitude every day
