Role: Day Opportunities Support Worker
Location: Beautiful Warford countryside
Salary: £24,860.25 – £26,622.00
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hrs/week) | Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
Start Date: September 2025

As a Day Opportunities Support Worker, you’ll be at the heart of helping individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs live their best lives — through creativity, compassion, and community.

Lead engaging activities – from arts and crafts to life skills and community adventures
Promote independence – support daily living, personal care, and decision-making
Build connections – help people grow friendships and confidence
