We’re looking for someone who is:
* A natural leader, motivator and mentor, ready to inspire and support a brand-new team
* Experienced in complex health and social care
* Passionate about Active Support, inclusion, and empowering young people
* Calm under pressure, with great problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
* Committed to creating a real "home" feel – where every individual’s voice is heard and valued
In this role, you’ll:
