Night Team Leader – Cedar Lodge
Location: Cedar Lodge @ David Lewis, SK9 7UD
Salary: £31,438.74
Hours: 37.5 hour - night shifts on a rota basis (including weekends)

This is a key leadership role where you will guide the night team, ensuring high standards of care and support are consistently delivered.
About the Role
As Night Team Leader, you will:
- Lead, support, and inspire the night team to deliver person-centred care
- Ensure the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of the people we support overnight
- Carry out regular checks and respond appropriately to any needs or incidents
- Support with and oversee personal care where required
- Be responsible for decision-making and acting as the senior point of contact overnight
- Maintain accurate records and provide clear handovers to day teams
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and organisational policies
