Practice Development Facilitator

Job Introduction

NEW ROLE. BIG IMPACT. REAL CHANGE.

Practice Development Facilitator
Cheshire | 37.5 hours | Adult Residential Services |

At David Lewis, we don’t just talk about great care — we build it, shape it and continuously improve it.

We’re looking for a bold, curious, and values-driven Practice Development Facilitator to help raise the bar across our Adult Residential Services. If you’re someone who sees practice on the ground, asks the right questions, coaches others to be better, and champions person-centred care — this could be the role for you.

This is not a desk job.
This is a visible, hands-on leadership role where you will:

🔹 Observe practice and help teams turn insight into improvement
🔹 Coach and mentor staff and managers to grow confidence and capability
🔹 Champion person-centred, least restrictive, trauma-informed care
🔹 Identify strengths, challenge practice, and drive meaningful change
🔹 Support teams to prepare for inspections, audits, and quality reviews
🔹 Share learning across services to build a culture of continuous improvement

You’ll be working across services, partnering with managers and teams to ensure the David Lewis Model of Care is consistently embedded and that the people we support experience the best possible outcomes.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has experience in health and social care, ideally residential or specialist services
• Is confident observing practice and giving constructive feedback
• Can coach, mentor and develop others
• Brings professional curiosity and positive challenge
 • Builds strong relationships and influences practice at every level

If you’re passionate about quality, learning, and improving care, and want to play a key role in shaping practice across services — we’d love to hear from you.

Apply now and help us keep raising the standard of care.
