What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ensuring Compliance: Partner with the Quality Assurance Manager to uphold regulatory, legislative, and internal standards across all services.
  • Driving Improvement: Lead audits, evaluate performance, and implement action plans that foster excellence.
  • Engaging Stakeholders: Collaborate with people we support, families, and professionals to gather insights and spark positive change.
  • Supporting Leadership: Guide service leads in governance, audits, and compliance systems to ensure consistent quality.
  • Training & Development: Co-create and deliver impactful training that builds a culture of empowerment and inclusivity.
  • Safeguarding & Wellbeing: Champion safeguarding policies and promote a safe, person-centered environment.
