Package Description
Are you dedicated to providing high quality care?
Are you innovative and creative to challenge the status quo?
Are you passionate about continuous improvement?
If so we want to hear from you.
We are seeking a Quality Manager to support the operational delivery of our Residential Services across David Lewis.
Salary: £36,974
Hours: 37.5 hours a week
Location: Alderley Edge, SK9 7UD
One of our strategic ambitions is to deliver the best care, education and support and this role is vital to enable this to happen across our care services.
As CQC regulated services, it is essential that you have an understanding of the current and future direction of CQC regulation in a care setting and that you have experience conducting internal assessments against regulatory frameworks.
We want to be able to identify areas of best practice and share that learning across the charity.
We want to deliver ‘best in class’ evidence based care that truly makes a difference to the experience and outcomes of those we support.
We want to embed a culture of continuous improvement where our managers embrace opportunities to change.
YOU can make this happen!
This is not a role where you directly manage staff or deliver change yourself so you must have high levels of communication, influencing and negotiating skills to drive the change we expect to see.
In return we can offer you great development with access to funding, an opportunity to truly make a difference every day and an organisational culture that is fun and friendly whilst remaining fiercely committed to providing the best care possible.
