Join our dynamic sports facilities team and help ensure the safety and enjoyment of the people we support using our sports and pool facilities. You will have the opportunity to not only lifeguard swim sessions, but also assist in maintaining the pool facilities and providing administrative support. In addition, you will have the chance to lead a variety of sports clubs during lunch, evenings, and weekends, where you can help the people we support develop their skills in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
The ideal candidate should be flexible and available to work evenings and weekends, as the role may require. They should also be committed to personal and professional growth.
