Job Title: Vocational Coach for Café Provision
Location: David Lewis
Job Type: Full time – 37.5 hours per week
Do you have a passion for coffee, customer service, and making a real difference?
We are looking for a Vocational Coach to lead and enable the People We Support in running our on site café! The café offers a breakfast service and a bustling lunch service, catering to the people we support their families, visitors, and employees, all expertly prepared by our skilled onsite chefs.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Teaching barista skills and customer service excellence
- Helping individuals gain confidence with money handling and till operation
- Managing stock, keeping the café running smoothly
- Encouraging teamwork, communication, and personal development
- Introducing digital skills for online ordering systems
- Making the café a welcoming space for everyone!
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience or qualifications in Hospitality, Vocational Coaching, or a related field (a plus but not essential!)
- A positive, proactive, and energetic approach to coaching
- Great organisation, teamwork, and communication skills
- A commitment to active support and co-production
